Reference taking lens. Performance is uniformly excellent, but deteriorates approximately 5% at 50-70mm working distance, where the best enlarging lenses peak. At 80mm and longer it remains an affordable benchmark. However, post-production correction of barrel distortion reduces corner performance by c.3%.
